We are inviting applications from qualified companies to register as suppliers of goods, materials and services in the years 2025 – 2027.

- Hand tools (hoes, rakes, spades, and pruning shears)
- Irrigation systems (e.g., drip irrigation kits, tanks)

- Borehole drilling and installation
- Building materials (cement, bricks, roofing materials etc)

- Transport services (for goods and personnel)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Fully registered company
- Copy of Vat certificate
- Copy of Valid Tax clearance
- Certificate and PACRA certificate
- (Computer printout)
- Company profile
- Full banking details and latest financial statements of the company (please attach 12 months bank statements if audited reports are not available)
- Names of Directors and their residential addresses
- Certified copy of registration with regulatory body (where applicable)
- A minimum of 3 references with proof of past works
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. A Chance for Change Foundation will conduct preliminary evaluations as part of the selection process. Only firms that successfully meet the evaluation criteria will be notified.
2. The registration fee is K1,000.00 (non-refundable). Please deposit the fee using the bank details provided below.

3. Applicants are required to clearly specify their areas of expertise. Please note that the foundation allows a maximum of three categories per firm.
4. All applications must be clearly titled “Registration of Suppliers – 2025” and submitted via email to info@achanceforchangefoundation.org or delivered in person to our Head Office located at Plot 4070 Chabalamuwe, Mansa, Luapula Province.
5. All current service providers are required to re-submit their applications.
