How to Become an Out-Grower
You must have access to a piece of land suitable for farming. Whether it’s land you own or lease, it should be large enough to support the crops we work with.
We welcome farmers who have experience in agricultural practices. If you’ve worked in farming before, you’ll be well-suited for our out-grower program. If you’re newer to farming, we provide support and training to help you succeed.
Being an out-grower requires dedication. We are looking for farmers who are committed to farming as a long-term livelihood and are eager to grow alongside us.
